Radio Debut 3 Years Ago Today

For those of you who don’t know, long before I started this blog, I was the host of a weekly radio show on KSSU, a student-run radio station at Sac State. Today marks the third anniversary of that radio show, which I called “The Fletch Hour” in reference to a nickname I received at Wave Camp many years earlier. It’s funny to think about how uncomfortable I sounded trying to talk about the latest news in the world of sports and music on that day. As time went on, and I was able to get some more experience behind the mic, I eventually settled into a groove and found my place on air.
